The Staff are friendly and on the whole helpful. The towels were a little below standard, actually quite grey and rough but changed on request.

The new italian restaurant is fantastic, not tasted anything as good in the uk.

Gr8!!! We arranged for a marriage in this hotel and arrangements were really gr8. Their staff, like Mr. Thakur are one of the best manager' around and extended the helping hand to us for everything that was required by us. We had come over from a different city for arranging for the marriage and the help we got from their staff was excellent!

Good luck to these guys for their future endeavours!
