Complete NightmareMe and my wife had a awful trip from the states because of delays on our plane. When we got there at 4.30pm (Check in was at 2.30pm) our room was not ready and the receptionest was very rude about it.
We finally got to our rom at 5.00pm and the bin was full and our bed was a mess. It took 1 hour to for them to sort it out.

Excellent hotel and staffWe like everything about this hotel. The staff are extremely efficient and friendly.The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Hard to beat the locationThe London Paddington Hilton is one of the most convenient hotels because you can check right after getting off of the Heathrow Express, this makes it a huge winner in time savings. So easy to get to/from airportThe very best thing about this hotel is that you just need to go downstairs to catch the Heathrow Express. You can be at the airport within 20 minutes of leaving your hotel room.
The staff is genial and the rooms are very clean – all quite pleasant.
