My family is very happy with the landing. so happy that we want to buy a place down there. I think the advantage to staying at the landing would be that if you like the room you stayed in you could buy it if it hasn't already been sold. Another thing is that the already owned units Sometimes have washers and dryers and I dont think the owners really want you to use them because they have the water shut off.
