Great deal and view for the moneyI'm not sure why the Tropical Breeze is getting all of these bad reviews. Yes, it is an older "resort"/motel but I was quite pleased with the room for the price. My room was a 1 bedroom and it reminded me of a studio apartment on a college campus.

What a Dive, Not a Resort....It may look OK on their website, but it is misrepresented, in fact it is an old outdated mixed up facility. Not anything like you would expect to be called a "Resort".

Horrible customer serviceWe had a room booked about 3 1/2 months prior to the day we tried to check in. When we showed up for an anniversary trip we were told that our room had been canceled. You have to go back!This place is great for the family! It by all the excellent places in Seista Key, like Shopping!, Old Salty Dog, Daqurii Deck and more restraunts! And also right down the street from the beach! This place includes Two rooms a kitchen a family room and a pool outside of your room! I WOULD GIVE IT 5 STARS! Nice getawayGreat Location, Great people...Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and so close to us. It was a quick weekend getaway and turned out to be very relaxing and a great time all together.

Tropical Breeze InnWe pulled up and this place looked like a dump! The pictures on the internet was very misleading. We went into two rooms and they were very dirty. Then we looked at the pool, it had leaves and dirt on the bottom. It was so bad, my 10 year old said she would sleeep in the car before she stay at this motel.

i will never go backmy wife and i stayed there for our honneymoon. The room smelled like something died. When i called the office to find out why room service hadent been there yet to empty the trash they told us we neede to do it that it wasnt thier job. the hot water didnt work and no one told us. What a terrible experience, I booked on line and the hotel/resort was far from internet descriptions and my expectations. Worst Experience Ever!While this hotel is in a great location, these were the worst accomodations we ever had! We were there for a relative's wedding on the beach and stayed in one of four rooms in the pool house. There was so much mold and mildew in the room that we couldn't breathe! perfect vacationI just recently stayed in Siesta Key and it was perfect. The room was very close to the beach and the shops and restaurants. It is a very quaint property..It was nice because everything was a little bit different, not like a hilton or hyatt and everything exactly the same.
