We wanted a nice, clean cabin with a hot tub and a view. What we got was a dirty, old log cabin with a broken hot tub and no view. We wanted our money back and they refused. What a disappointment. We traveled for 6 hours to get there and had spent hours on the internet and the cabin looked beautiful but it was just awful

We rented a cabin in Greenbrier Valley Resorts for our honeymoon. We had no idea what to expect as we hadn't even been to Gatlinburg before.
Our cabin was the Cedar Chest and it was beautiful. The view was magnificent. While the driveway was a bit scarey (very steep) we got used to it. We didn't try the pool, tennis courts or golf course. ...

The service was wonderful and the cabin had a magnificent view. They were also very clean. Well worth the price. There was nothing that we did nto like.

we would like to look your resort on the internet but because we couldn't find out how to get in to view it, after 30 minutes, of trying everthing on the screen finally gave up !!! this is a very "unfriendly site"

We have stayed with Greenbrier for over 10 years and have always had a great time. The staff is very nice and helpful and each cabin or chalet we have rented has been excellent. These are homes that are privately owned and each one is unique. One of the most fun parts is seeing your rental and the view for the first time. We highly recommend Greenbrier and will be staying with them again soon.

We arrived at our cabin, Sunsational, after dark on a Friday evening. We were a little nervous about the place, because they had given us directions that avoided the main way into town. We didn't see any traffic and weren't sure we were even close to Gatlinburg.
