Great location, but will likely not go back unless rooms are renovated. The carpet was so bad I did not let my kids take off their shoes. There was also a bad smell in and around our room that never went away. The food at the restaurant is great, but still only give the Springs 2 stars.

We've stayed in both the RV park and the hotel rooms. The RV park is about average. The people in the park are usually very nice and the area is clean. It is a wonderful, fun, happy place to be. The fishing is great, lake is big enough to have a great time. The outer harbor bar/marina is a fun party place even for the kids. The resturant is a bit pricey but the food is good. Wish they would put back the dancing on the weekends they had some years ago.

I love Lake Havasu Springs Resort and have been going there my whole life. Sure it may not be the cleanest place on earth, but the location and the service is incredible. The staff and other visitors are always so friendly and happy. It's just such a fun place to go even if you don't have friends. So go there and see for yourself how great it is!!!

Great Location with tacky, old, mid-century rooms in main hotel and worse service to rooms. Asked for a 100 watt bulb to replace 60 watt in room. Said no. Asked for a lamp in room to suppliment ceiling lamp. Said no. Room A/C ancient.

The food and dining experience was great! Spent 4 weekends in a row in March 05, best time to go is February & March.
We stayed at the Marina Motel, rooms are nothing to get excited about. Problem with hot water every weekend, luke warm most of the time. Floor very squeeky in room M-1.
Overall experience was good. Having a slip in the marina made it worth while.

I love Havasu Springs because you can leave the crowded launch ramps and long lines downtown to a seperate city. The Springs has a gas station, motel, 2 bars, beach, private launch ramp and complete marina with repair shop.
