First of all, you feel like royalty. The rooms are very comfortable and well worth the price. Staff is friendly and bend over backwards to make sure your visit is great. Will not stay anywhere else...love it

My family has been staying at the Boadrwalk Plaza since it opened. We love it;it's our favorite hotel. The staff is wonderful to us, very friendly and helpful. The food, the location, the accomdations are all first class.

We booked our room on Yahoo for $125.00 a night in the Adult Only Room. When we checked in we where given a room on the 3rd floor instead of the 4th floor where the Adult Only Rooms are and questioned why. We where told that that price was not for the 4th floor. While the location was great and the facility good, the management could not have been snottier, nor more difficult to deal with. Even checking out when, they asked us how everything was, they did nothing to try to make amends.
