I've stayed at this Holiday Inn several times. I often have to visit in New Haven for business. The city is an easy, 10 minute drive away from North Haven. The rooms in the hotel and nice and clean. The restarurant is good. For me, the service has always been fine.

We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool which we discovered on arriving closed during our visit. But the hotel refused to make any real compensation.
