This hotel is one of the best in the world. Service, grounds and rooms. Compare to four seasons.

Wow, the pool area will take your breath away!

The folks who work in the pro shop are arrogant and could care less about the customer. They decided to close early and could care less that I drove to their course. No apology. Absolutely horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WELL!!

They neglected to tell us that it was under construction, yet they didn't discount their rooms. I really loved the open lobby and the gorgous views. The beach was great and there was always somewhere to take a walk to.The only thing negative I can say is that the food was expensive and so was the shopping.But what do you expect, its hawaii!!

I really recomend renting a car and driving around kona. You will find lots of little shops and great snorkeling spots!
