The staff absolutely makes the stay that much better. The hotel is under renovation but the room we stayed in was completed and brand new. This is the single worst hotel I have ever stayed in, which is really saying something.
We found cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom door-knob did not work properly. There was no coffee-maker in the room, which was advertised. There was a refridgerator in the room, but it did not work. There was no remote control for the television.
I will obviously never stay there again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
