BeautifulIt's a beautiful environment. The architechture is modernist, but comfortable. Great view of mountains. Pools clean and relaxing. We went with a group and had a fabulous time. The staff was unobtrusive, but helpful and friendly when called upon for info on hikes, restaurants, etc.

no thank youWe spent the day touring the various boutique spas in desert hot springs looking for the ideal place to host a relaxing weekend for out-of-town parents. The folks at Hope Springs were condescending and very unwelcoming. We found that The Highlander, The Springs and Miracle Manor offer similar facilities without the attitude.3 of 3 Yahoo! great place exceptI love the minimalism of the rooms and the fact that they have three pools, and its quite,most of the time., no t.v.'s or telephones.
