When we booked the room we were told there would be live music until ten, but that it would quiet down. When we arrived we found the room clean and neat. Upon retiring the band was going strong. After complaining twice the band stopped well after 1030. The manager said no one else minded and they were stoppong the music just because we complained. ...

Excellent and friendly service and very helpful to give local information. Very clean room, bed sheets, and bathroom. Perfect place to stay if visiting Brian Head and Bryce Canyon with a family on a budget. Excellent morning coffee.

Lance and Cindy keep the place very tidy with nicely decorated rooms. The outside is kind of plain BUT the stay was fun and at a very good rate. No complaints. Would stay here again the next time we visit Bryce.

Though our rate was higher than what Yahoo lists (we paid $51.xx including tax for 2 adults & 2 small kids on the AAA rate), this was a good, clean motel with nice people and good beds and furnishings. We'd certainly stay here again.

Close to the center of town, hence if you are looking to be closer to activities at the arena at the north end of town, there are other alternatives. However, it has easy access to Main street and very comfortable. Walking distance to a good resturant. A moderate value.
