I stayed here with my 2 small children and wife. First, the sheets have stains on them. Immediately had Steve change them. Beware of the cancellation policy of three days. When you call, Steve will say that you can give a 1 day or less cancellation but the owner (some Iranian rude man) will stick to the 3 day policy. Stay away from this place.

Stayed for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised at the great rate, the hospitality was very congenial, the Innkeeper was very helpful, and his morning sense of humor was delightful for helping to set the tone of the day. The room was very comfortable and laundry facilities were clean. The use of the jacuzzi was pleasant. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Wonderful, quiet Inn with easy access to Boulder. Located in residential area makes it feel like home. Lots of walking, running paths leading to the beautiful Twin Lakes. Very dog friendly.

Scrumptuous breakfast every morning featuring the Innkeeper's (Steve)famous oatmeal, fresh muffins, freshly-made fruit salad and much more! Very friendly atmosphere. Spacious & clean rooms. A very pleasant surprise! Highly recommended!

Twin Lakes Inn is so awesome.
I'm a Japanese runner.So there are many nice way for run,trail and creek near by hotel.
And It is easy to go to the reservoir.
We can run around the reservoir.
Here is so nice view and so quiet.
Nice place for training and relax.
Breakfast is so good.
Owner is very nice man.
He always has consideration for guests.
