both rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the desk help was very nice and friendly i would stay there again for sure i give this motel 5 stars

I would highly recommend anyone who doesn't have too much money to go here. They offer free passes to Noah's Ark (which is across the street) and Mt. Olympus. We saved soooo much money at this motel. Rooms were clean and good sized. The staff was great and very friendly. The indoor pool was great and the spa was just as good. This place to the only place i would stay at the Dells. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed at the Shamrock this past weekend and had a great time! The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very clean!!! (I am very picky about cleanliness!!!)

First of all, they are way over priced for what you get, dirty, noisey, and way out dated. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this place. I wish there was more conveniences in the room (coffee, more space, hair dryer) I thought the staff was rude, they were just young and didn't know what customer satisfaction meant.

I stayed here late in the summer of 2008 and other than the location this place was terrible. Honestly it is about 60years old, everything is outdated and not clean. The price was outrageous for such a ragged outdated "motel."

I liked everything. Anna was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and did not have an odor like another hotel we looked at before we went to Shamrock. The other hotel was also higher priced.

I would not be afraid to recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends. I we go back to the Dells, we will stay here again.

Location could not get much better..central to Noahs Ark, Mount Olympus and Riverview Park and countless other spots. Room was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Wife and I both travel for buisness ...lots of hotel/motel experience..Only complaints are no blow dryer in room and no in room coffee. Really enjoyed our stay!! The staff accomodated us and our kids to every need. We'd go back.

This was our first visit to the Shamrock. We absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The fridge and microwave provided added convenience. We rented a 2 room suite with 2 separate bathrooms for our stay because there were 5 of us. Everything was ok until I had to take a shower the next morning in our bathroom.
