It's the cheapest hotel in the downtown area. Just about 6 blocks from the bars, ect. The hotel was clean . The a/c in the room was my only concern as the room didn't seem very cool. Once the Temp went down outside it was fine though. overall it was a good hotel and if your out for a night in the town it does the job.

This motel is located real close to all the action downtown. Within a few blocks. While not one of your chain motels with the new comfy pillows it is cheap and clean and close. I like it for what I do.

The hippest place in LAX, highly recommended. Service Rocks. Very accommodating at all times. Been there at least 25 times over a decade, never had a bad experience

The price is right and if you have reason to visit downtown it is within walking distance.
