I will never stay at this hotel again. The room smelled and the staff was horrible. Of the three staff I dealt with only one was polite. The free wireless internet only worked for a short time during our stay. Upon arriving we found our rooms had been cancelled, but not by us. Then we were
constantly told we did cancel them.

We finally had to go to the top floor and in
walking in found we had no lights. They had
not been plugged in. The lady at the desk was
nice, but the man just was impossible.

I would not go back nor would I recommend ...

everything...the lady working the front desk had a BIG PROBLEM...she was RUDE!!!!!!!

I agree that this is not the cleanest of places to stay. I also agree you get what you pay for. I have stayed here more than once as it is a place close to the club I go to when in the area. was a great room for the value, needed to stay in waterloo because of a storm...might not want to get a room by the pop machines its a lil noisy but for the money...who cares
