The care takers were very nice. Gave me directions from the motel to where I needed to be in the most direct way. I was very pleased with my room, which was very clean and nice. Older TV, microwave, small frig. in the room. Alarm clock didn't work. Stayed 2 nights by myself and felt safe, was a little noisey at times, people and a train. ...

I have stayed here for the last 5 years when attending the womens National Basketball tournement, and plan on staying agian this year 2009. My wife and i enjoyed our stay here and was very clean with microwave, refridgerator and all we needed, we stayed last year for 6 nights and priviously 5 nights and will definately stay agian this year, Rates are very resonable , and being from Florida, it is worth every penny you have to spend .
I have stayed at Budget King at least 50 times in the past 4 years. It's clean, not fancy, but generally well maintained. Not in the best part of town, but safe enough. Don't expect a 4 star for $33.00! You'll be satisfied.

I had an overnight stay here, choosing thiss place because of its price. The management was very friendly and ressponsive to our needs. The room was pretty basic but for an overnight stay it was everything we needed. It was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator and microwave oven in the room as well. Unexpected for such a low price. I'd stay here again.

Basic amenities: cable TV, fridge, microwave, coffee, but nothing fancy like a swimming pool or internet connection. As a ...
This is motel is quiet. I did not here the people next door or out in the parking lot. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great place to stop if sleeping is your priority.
