The hot tub didn't get hot, the front desk staff acted like it was an in convieience to ask for extra towels or pillows, and then we were told to hang up our towels that they didnt' do laundry every day and they didn't have enough for the next day. Some areas look really nice- like the lobby but other obviously missed the rennovations totaly!!

We have always stayed at the regency when we are in town..I have to say it is now very beautiful..The lobby is just breath taking with the new front desk & new wallpaper..the front desk clerk was very warm & friendly.
