We had originally reserved a room across the street at the Ramada, but after seeing the Ramada, we immediately cancelled our reservation and came to this hotel. Boy were we happy we did! This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in - the staff was friendly, the hotel and room was spotless, and the location was outstanding. We're going back to Plano on business again very soon, and we will be staying here again.
