The rooms were clean but the non smoking room smelled like smoke. When I called to complain about the room, we were told there were no other rooms (even though their were vacancy signs) and there was nothing to be done. My mom was in a different room and it smelled fine. I kept waking up all night because of the terrible smell. On a positive side, the pool was fun for the kids. For spending over a 100 dollars per night, I would expect better.

Price was good. Views from balcony overlooking creek were pretty. Beds very comfortable and not hard like some motels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dislikes now. One of the 2 rooms our family had, the carpet really needed shampooing. It appeared free of trash but when we walked on it, it was very dirty. 2nd room carpet wasn't this way. We are thinking maybe this room's carpet was just missed with shampooing.

WE stayed this past weekend and enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a little disapointing was the small bathrooms but it was clean and good so small was ok. The staff was very friendly and that means alot. The pools were clean and heated we enjoyed them alot. They had krispy creams for breakfast what kid wouldnt be happy. Will definately stay again.

I go to the mountain every year and usually stay a different place each time just to check them all out. My wife and I stayed here last September. I can only say I will be a return customer. If you get a room with the balcony facing the Patriot Park it is sure to be a great time to relax even when the main Parkway was full of traffic. Clean and friendly. You won't be disappointed.

The breakfast was donuts and mini muffins; both were very fresh and tasty. The room was clean and smelled fine. Only strange thing was that the maid removed the blanket from the bed every day so we had to remake the bed daily. Also, no shampoos or lotions were provided. Only a thin bar of soap was provided.
