We arrived and checked in and found out that the shower would not adjust easily between cold and hot you either got warm or scalding hot !
We complained and were told that they were booked and could move us, but we would have to move the next day and the day after , from sunday too thursday . Funny half the rooms stayed empty the whole week and ...

The people that work here are wonderful. The room is very clean and comfortable. After a long day exploring the Park, you can walk to many great restaurants and shopping.

the Gillette motel was a very clean hotel.The staff had been very helpful and thoughtful.When we had asked for extra pillows and tolws we had gotin them.The best thing was the price was afortable.The balcony had a great veiw and very nice chairs to enjoy it in.Their was no (indoor pool) but my kids did not want to swim anyway they spent most of there time in the great location around the hotel.

This motel was great! The price was affordable and was within walking distance to downtown. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We can't wait to go back!

Always clean and fresh smelling. Not stuffy or damp.Far enough away from town for privacy but close enough to the main attractions.A good place to go to relax. Always clean fresh sheets and towels.Excellent service from the staff.Just a little expensive for the distance from the main parkway.

It had a fridge and a lot of room. The carpet was beginning to show it's age and felt course to the touch. Great location and price!

We have stayed there for the last three or four years, the location is great.. and safe..we walk everywhere in town. We go in October leaf looking and when the craft show is going on at the convention center. I walk and can come and go as I please. My husband like to go but not to stay as long as I do so he goes back to the room and watches tv ...

The rooms were fresh and clean. Plus they were roomy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It is very convenient to downtown and all the shops, eating places, and attractions are within walking distance.
