Don't stay hereI've stayed in many cheap hotels & don't expect frills when I stay at them, but this place was so filthy I was scared to touch anything. The carpets very obviously hadn't been cleaned in ages and was so dirty it was sticky in high traffic areas. The experience was horrible.I stayed there for a while, and the place was awful. They don't give you toilet paper or towels when you run out, and they will get mad if you buy toiletries on your own. They claim to have wireless internet, but not only do they charge you a hefty fee, but they shut it off very early at night. The location is nice, next to a trail and park, ...0 of 1 Yahoo! HiLocation above all else! Ten feet behind this hotel is the most amazing walking path. My brother and I spent the night there after getting rained on during a motorcycle trip. Older but very niceI like the Executive Lodge on Hall Road in Alcoa because it is quite and relaxing. A nice place to stay after a long day on the road. Although it is an older motel, built in 1953, it is in very good shape. The grounds are well maintained as are the rooms themselves. For the money it is by far one of the best places to stay.
