From the moment we made our reservation, the staff went above and beyond for us. They offered to shuttle us anywhere we needed to go and pick us up. They gave us perfect directions everywhere we needed. They were always smiling (never a fake smile)and the morning breakfast was spectacular! The omelets they cooked us for breakfast were the best my husband and I have had in a long time! This hotel is perfect for everyone!

I live in St. Louis and if I ever need a reprive from daily life...this is my sanctuary! I LOVE IT!! It is the BEST hotel in St. Louis!!

The parking is nice (and free), the lobby is GORGEOUS, the history is intriguing, the rooms are BEAUTIFUL, the staff is THE best and the beds...THE BEDS ARE HEAVENLY!!!!

What a beautiful hotel! My room was amazing - I felt like I was in Europe and the staff was wonderful. The concierge even offered to drive me to the nearest mall! I could not have asked for a better experience!
