there was a total lack of respect with the front desk people working there, we had a problem when checking in and asked to speak to manager, but he NEVER spoke to us. Have tried to get problem resolved, but have been given the cold shoulder. Will never stay with Clarion or any of their affiliates again!

the service was lousy, the jets in the whrlpool did not work, the maids didn't show up till 4-5pm and when we tried to check out a day early, we had to wait for managemebt to get in, since we did not give them a 24 hr notice. I travel for a living and waiting 3 hours cost me money, maybe I will charge them for my lost time.
do not stay here, there are many other hotels to choose from.
