The General Manager, Trina, helped us throw our wedding reception at The Sherman House. I could not imagine the reception going any better. The staff was very responsive to our needs and made any adjustments to accomodate our Bridal Party very rapidly. Really comfortable and very good service. The atmosphere is cool and relaxing. Personally: Since I was going to Hill Rom school next door, I didn't have to drive anywhere, everything is right there. Eateries, movie theater, and shops.

My husband and I just spent a night recently and found the Inn a wonder and clean place to stay. The suite was very large it offered more in the way of space and cleanliness then the Grand Ol Opra in Tenn. The service was wonderful and the breakfast was hot and tasty...Thanks for a wonderfull stay.

I love the charm of the small city square. The fact that there is a movie house and a small bar down the street helps.
