  • the location was very convenient and the rooms were spacious and cleann and service was way above average

    the location was just wonderful and so close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Public transportation was also convenient - and, of course it was near to great shopping

    Parking is always hard in DC but the hotel was fabulous. The size of the room was okay but we spent little time there anyway. The restaurants in the location were convenient and the food was good

    It was fantastic to stay in Hyatt Washington.
    It has a beautiful sitseeing and amusement. It's previlege to visit there.. It located in Washington to go easily. With your family or a friend, it's the best choice to go.

    This hotel is in a great location - convenient to Metro and theaters. The room was very comfortable, the lobby was impressive and the Sunday Brunch isn't to be missed!

    The rooms are small, yet unrefined. The hotel rooms are seriously in need of upgrade, this hotel is no where near the quality of other high end Hyatts and is an overall disgrace to the chain's name. The location is very good, and the lobby is nice. The rooms, and beds are terrible though.

    I loved everything about it from the beds to the easy to find location to the friendly service. I can't find one thing that I disliked about it. It was very romantic i recomend it for families or singles.

    What do I like and dislike about Grand Hyatt of Washington DC. Well I love the attention to detail they give. There leave no stone unturned. Great service from the bell hop to the front desk to the maid. Now there is nothing I dislike...Over all it's a great place to relax for a nice quick weekend getaway.
