I wouldn't let my dog go near this place. the rooms are very outdated and very nasty. It smelled like mold, sour carpet, and cigarettes "in the non-smoking room". Just one look and we returned our keys and left! I was just as scared walking through the parking lot with all of the shady characters outside just stroling about. It looked like a bargin, but do not be fooled. STAY ELSEWHERE!

Old and wornout and not worth the price at any cost. Kind of like the Retirement Home of Motels... but worse. It's like going back to the 1960 era. Service is lacking, AC weak, showers a dribble, Rooms with worn out stained rugs, bed uncomfortable, just the pitts.

We liked everything........
Was close to family and friends....but far enough from the hussle and bussle of Palm Beach traffic.
We felt safe, comfortable and the room was immaculate.

Disgusting, dirty, no amenities - no hairdryer, and you have to walk a mile to the grungy little front office to pick up a dingy little iron and ironing board, sorry, no deliveries. Stained carpet, dirty floors, feels like a "dungeon".

The room was decent size and i didnt see one bug the whole time! Beautiful pool and scenery

I made reservations and was quoted a price - upon arrival they denied the price and the desk clerk was not only surly, but outright RUDE. This was the absolute WORST customer service establishment I've ever dealt with. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I've stayed in some pretty low rent dives, but this one tops them all.

What you WILL get:
- Noisy, marginally functional room air conditioners
- Plenty of truck traffic noise from the major road construction in front of the hotel
- Very tired, retro 60's decor in the rooms, which themselves are in dire need of a decent paint job
- ...

The facade of the hotel would seem to put it in the "Quality Inns" group, but it was anything but. The beds were the worst I've slept in in years (and we sleep in motels traveling from north to south all the time). The AC didn't work, and they didn't get someone over to fix it by 10 PM, so we gave up. The room was old and in need of a "redo", including sheets, pillows, and comforter. Very disappointed.

I have stayed at this property many times over the years. For the budget minded concerned a reasonable rate, friendly atmosphere and genuine concern for the well bieng of their guests I can recommend Royal Inn highly.
