the lafayette is your typical cheap motel. the mattress was old and rock hard, the fixtures and carpeting were worn and outdated. good luck if the toilet flushes on the first try. this is not the hilton, and i knew and accepted this. but the rude,unprofessional, and discourteous desk clerks were totally unacceptable.

We booked online for 5 days. I was expecting the worse from this hotel but we wanted something cheap and it's located very close to the beach. The hotel wasn't very clean and there are dozens of things that they need to fix but it was cheap. Costed us 305$ USD for 5 nights for a room for 4 with kitchen in June.

THIS WAS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE DUMP IT IS A DISGRACE TO BEAUTIFUL SUNNY LAUDERDALE. I ARRIVED FROM THE AIRPORT TIRED AND RUN DOWN. EVERY THING MYEYES SAW WAS A LET DOWN THE OFFICE THE POOL THEN... THE ROOM O MY GOD I HAVE NEVER..... SEEN ANYTHING AS BAD. THE FRIDGE HAD RUST ON IT!! I WOULDNT SLEEP THERE AND I WOULD NEVER RETURN!
