Stay Away!!!

I had intended to stay at the Best Western at 1505 Belevedere RD in West Palm Beach FL for about 5 nights but ended up staying only one. The room was a rank smelling, dirty concrete box. You could not open the one window, or even leave the curtain open as everyone was walking by and looking in. The carpet was ripped, the old TV had marginal ...

I am very disturbed at your facility at 1505 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL, I statyed there on 12-15 Aug and encountered roaches thoroughout the room. Mainly in the coffee pot in the room but over the sink, on the wall by the telephone, everywhere and was charged full price. I think that's disgusting. I should be reimbursed fully. I ...
