Place was cold, literally and figuratively. Not hospitable. Very impersonal. You had to call on the phone to reach a staff member. (No one at the front desk) And although it is the end of September and the inn is in the mountains and the temperature was 40 degrees at night the heat was not turned on. I had to wear a jacket at breakfast. Will not go back.
