Hotel front desk people were very attentive to any requests we had, they treated us with respect. The room was clean quiet. The hotel provides Stay , Park and Fly for a small fee added to the room. the Shuttle was provided to and from the airport with the shuttle driver, helpful with airport information and loaded and unloaded our suitcases. very professional operation our experience was a very good one .

Wallpaper in room was peeling off the walls. Fan in bathroom did not work. Pillows were flat and cheap. Phone would not allow to call front desk. No heat!

This Hotel is located close to the airport in Albany, NY. You don’t need a rental car if your business is close by. They will quickly shuttle you to locations with in a 5 mile radius of the location. The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. The amenities were basic and not fancy. The continental breakfast was uninspiring, basically prepackaged muffins, cold cereal, and some fresh fruit. There was also coffee and juices available. Enough to sustain you and not leave with hunger pangs.

I left a jacket in my room when we checked out. When I called about it, they couldn't find it and were not helpful at all. We can all assume what happened to it. So what your belongings when you stay at this hotel!

clean room, good breakfeast, easy shuttle to and from airport. shuttle picked us up at the airport quickly and handed us our car keys, great place to leave your auto while travelling.
