The Inn has the best location in all of Ogunquit. Wharf Lane is a dead end so there is NO traffic noise. The rooms on the edge of the property that have small kitchens and balconies overlooking the river and ocean are our favorite because you feel like you're away from it all. The breakfast includes everything you could want -- toasted bagels and English Muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. PERFECTION!

What a wonderful place to stay. Ogunquit is beautiful!!! And the location is amazing!! I encourage vistors from out of town to stay here. Loved it!

We stayed here two times during the summer of 2005. Excellent location, nice people, excellent continental breakfast. A little pricey but worth every penny. Great , Great View. We've tried quite a few around the town, and we keep going back to this one. Location, location, location. Because of price, best for couples instead of families. Get rooms in the inn closest to the water rather than building in back. You won't get better location with this quality. This should be rated higher than many of the others above on this list.

Can't beat the location. Stay at the main inn, facing the water. Short walk to best beach, to walkway, to main street. Room was comfortable and homey with porch to hang out on. Favorite place to stay for my wife = "romantic."
