On arrival, the front desk staff are plesant although they seem a bit unsure when handling the check-in.

Room is very nice and very clean. The hotel is very nice and clean.

No morning newspaper unless prompted by a call to the front desk.

During check-out, there was a minor hiccup. It seems that my travel agent does not have an account ...

I have stayed at the Hyatt on a couple of occasions and just felt i neeeded to say how nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff. Its always done efficiently and with a smile,to you guys in Valet parking; this is where you get your first impressions,well done to Adam (Happy Fishing!) and Ashley, they are great first impressions.

Convenient location with trendy restaurants and bars in the lobby. The Japanese restaurant is very nice and the hotel is very Japanese friendly. Many signs are also in Japanese and multilingual staff are available.

The pool is very nice during nice weather, it is on an open balcony near the gym. The views from the hotel are great, especially from the higher floors. The hotel is very nicely presented and feels like a much more expensive hotel.
