The hotel is located in the bukit bitang district which is the main shopping belt. the service was ok but can be improved.overall the hotel is one of the best in the city.

Car Park Full We have to park out side and we take 20 minutes to find it ( out site car park) When I walk in hotel lobby I saw people smoking every way inside lobby / coffee shop inside hotel / resting place it smell terrible, I don't think I will visit this hotel again !!!

the parkroyal kuala lumpur is located just across times sqaure and only afeww miniutes drive away from klcc.the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well furnished.i will definetly go back for a visit.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE CENTRE ON THE CITY AND IT'S HAVEN FOR THOSE WHO LIKES TO GO FOR SHOPPING. NOT TO WORRY ABOUT TRANSPORTATION AND YOU CAN JUST WALK WHERE EVER YOU WANTED TO GO.

THE ROOMS AND THE HOSPITALITY WAS EXCELLENT AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT FOOD.

Totally new Hotel from the old Parkroyal.
Very Surprise of the new modern look. Understand it was renovated in 2004 at a cost of RM 70 million. Highly recommend this Hotel for shoppers for convenience as it is located in Bukit Bintang Area.
