Though this hotel is large, the staff is extremely courteous and helpful and you don't feel like you are just a number. All are bilingual to some extent and one should not have a problem in getting any help. I started each day by going to the concierge & they printed out everything that I needed to navigate the subway system. Con: The rooms should be renovated if they want to claim to be a five star hotel and put a vent in the restrooms. Don't order room service breakfast...it's $30.
