I lived there for weeks. The man called himself the hotel owner knocked our door on 11:50p.m. and said that we were too noisy because we were watching TV after 11:00p.m.! But at that time, we two girls didn't not watching TV even we didn't make any sound! He didn't apologize for it until we left the hotel...So, remember, in Hotel NEW TANDA. DO NOT WATCH TV OR TALK AFTER 11:00PM~ Especially when u're GIRLS!

Hotel New Tanda is very conveniently located about a 8 minute walk from a tram stop (which is about four tram stops from Nagasaki station). You can also forgo the 8 minute walk by changing trams. Ask at the Nagasaki information desk for a map. The staff will show you what I mean.
The hotel carpet and bedding in the rooms was clean and new. ...

Nice place

The hotel is centrally located, beautiful, and easy to access. The amenities are nice enough, but the combination of low price and convenience really make this a place to stay. It's right off the streetcar line, and near a number of tourist attractions, like Oura Church and Glover Garden.
