Not for the faint hearted.I stayed here in May 2008 for four nights. The inital greeting was disgusting. On checking in I was told that my room was not ready and to go to the terrace, and was vaguely waved away. When the room was finally ready it had a musty odor. The turn down service was not up to standard, with the room not being turned down until 9.30.

Mother of all HotelsThis hotel is marvellous - absolutely fabulous and the service is impeccable - I am an ex zimbabwean and cannot wait to visit and see the place again and hope standards have not dropped - I always tell travellers about the hotels in vic Falls and always refer them to this hotel or the Kingdom

WOW, It was quite an experienceVictoria Falls is a magnificent place to visit, especialy with family. The Best Hotel in Africa, and one of the best in the world.As the closest hotel to the falls, my wife and I enjoyed the best views of the falls. We woke up to the fresh smell of the great falls, the natural rain forest brought about an excellent source of small animals and exotic birds on the hotel grounds, which made for great picture taking. vic falls hotelstayed here a number of times in the late 90's. It truly is a wonderful hotel.The rooms are excellent, service top class, amenities well organized. Memories of Irish Coffee after dinner in the Bulawayo room will be with me forever.its a brief walk to the vic falls,and the view from the hotel patio is memorable.
