Service in the restaurants is par for the course (you're not in Europe so don't expect European service).

Expensive but the best security I've experienced in Nigeria and very convenient for the airport - the only choice for me in Lagos.

Bedding is so dirty. The pillow were dingy and smelly. Bath tub has no shower curtain. When I complained about the beth tub , I was told to take shower as it was and someone would come along to mop the floor. Leaky toilets It should cost #100 per night.

Slow service, untrained (but friendly) personnel, who probably got the job through favoritism unstead of education or motivation.

Bathroom is not up to Sheraton standard, bathtub with lousy curtain. Everytime i take shower, the bathroom floor gets completely wet.

I like the serenity, peaceful environment. It seems as if you are abroad and not in Nigeria.
The staffs are very friendly and very cautious.
The food is very great, though pricey.
I have stayed in some of the best hotels both in Europe and in America and Sheraton Lagos Hotel and Towers can be ranked among the best, and I will definitely recommend it.

Spent three days while on vacation.

This hotel was on a standard of the best in the world.

Food was outstanding. Poolside service was outstanding.

Most important, security was outstanding.

They don't participate in the SPG program, so no upgrades or points. The hotel doesn't measure up to Sheraton standards. It was quiet dirty. Also, the final cost was %30 higher than the booked rate.

Love every bit of it ALL. a little expensive but other than that all is great. The room was clean to my taste, the service was good.
