It was DIRTY! The sink leaked. The staff was slow to take care of guests' needs, rude and poorly trained. The food was HORRIBLE. The safe didn't work. The staff didn't fix it over three days and still tried to charge me. The TV was out.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in in over 30 years. Never again.

I read all the previous reviews but you cannot rely on reviews from 2006 to be consistent in 2007. I had went with the booking through my travel agent who also stayed there and assured me that it was great.

Went to Kenzi Farah hotle in May 2006. I liked the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. There are plenty of resturants in the hotel. Staff is gracious and very pleasing.
One thing I did not like about the hotel is that it is about 2 miles away from the medina-the center city. We always had to take a cab to get into the city.

I don't recognise goonemooses' description of this hotel! We had an excellent week here. The staff were courteous and friendly, the rooms (and public toilets) were clean and well serviced and the food was excellent.
