Food average, staff varied overall distant, unfriendly and arrogant. Lifts unreliable, decor tatty. Dark and gloomy. Ubiquitous loud CNN. Shops generally a rip off. Internet facility useless and over-priced.

I was living in a fantasy world. I couldn't believe my eyes. Everything about it was fantastic.

Great food ,excellent staff,the property has the look and feel of a heritage building .It is sparkling clean.I would say it is a steal the price we paid for this type of accomodation.Basicaly for the rate of a backpakers hostel her in north America ,your are staying at a three star hotel.

next time if i go there defintly i know where to go. i really had great experience. and the location being center help me to save money from those evil taxi drivers.

I really enjoyed this hotel as it was near to lots of attractions.
The rooms were spacious and the pillows were very soft.
The kids really liked the pool and i really enjoyed the spa.
It would be a great place if you wanted to hike in the highlands.

The service was not so good. My room was okay. I would go back to Ethiopia because it's exotic. I had gone there before as a kid... Much has changed. See below for Information by Northstar Travel Media LLC
