This hotel is in the boondocks. It is a 25 minute dirty, crowded bus ride to central St Petersburg. The staff speak very little English and are inefficient. It takes several minutes to get into one's room since the key sticks. The water was cool and brown. The breakfast buffet was small and included sauerkraut and stale bread. Scrape together a bit more money and stay somewhere else.
