Our DC tour group stayed here overnight. The room was big and clean, beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. For convenience there was a fridge and microwave. They had a free hot breakfast buffet which was very good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, I was very pleased and would stay here again.

It was very cold weather during my stay and the heater had to be left on in the low position (Still very loud)or off (cold),a variable switch would vastly improve my stay,I might even get some sleep. The front desk staff lacked any enthusiasm and could be replaced by an automated check-in system which might be more guest oriented

Smelly Going Down The Hill Hotel

I came in to check in at the Best Western in early September 2004 and once I had checked in and gotten to my room. I notice this very bad smell and I immediately checked out.
