Ayres is centrally located near the airport and Convention Center. the rooms are big and ok. But there is nothing here, nothing is in walking distance, you will definitely need a car.

Shuttle service is not the best and that caused big problems seeing as how there is nothing to do within close walking distance. The staff is very nice however.

The complimentary breakfast and evening drink were nice, but the bar and the restaurant were in one room which made the noise level for dining too loud.

The room was spacious and the daily maid service was good, but the carpet needed steam cleaned and having to use the room card key to have electricity were major negative points.

The noise, the carpet and the elecricity kept this hotel from being rated a 4.

The breakfast is great. The rooms have great amenities. The people are nice. The shuttle is handy (but it did strand me and my friends at the mall for over an hour; simply miss-communication I suppose; hence the "4 stars" instead of 5 on service). Rooms are clean. They do like to host weddings and what not; tend to be pretty loud till ...

The service is excellent, especially front desk, the nice lady, Maritza, i belive treated me so well.
