We decided to stay at the Hotel Roanoke because it sounded like an interesting place – and it was. The building itself is beautiful and you will not find a nicer lobby. Poor communication skills and poor service. All amenities listed not available. Location was convinient. Does not have an indoor pool. Lobby area was nice and cozy.

I love the food its amazing. The Regency Room is so beautiful day and night. I loved the morning breakfast buffet and the lunch one shocked me even more.

We were only at the hotel for one night, but what a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, the accomodations beautiful and clean with many small details that made our stay special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was average, nothing spectacular like what it is talked up to be. This place is still nice, the bed was probably the most comfortable one I've ever slept in, but I think the lobby is the fanciest part of it all.

I would advise giving the keys directly to the valet as they have a perpensity to lock keys in the vehicle. Also, watch out for hidden charges on your account from the Hotel Bar.
The staff did work to alleviate the many issues I had.

Overall, you won't find a better place to stay in Roanoke, but you will pay for it.

Everything was wonderful. From the rooms to the service, food, atmosphere, pool, gym, bar. Very affordable. Close to the airport. Shuttles to different events. We did not want to leave and higly recommend it to anyone... you ever find yourself in that part of Virginia.
