    Guestroom: Douvette contained unknown brown stain, no lavatory bowl brush, air conditioning pre-set temp too high (22* C) for Summer, no tea/coffee/milk provided on (first night), no soap in shower dispenser (first night), satelite TV channels offer poor choice, attitude of some ...
