We stayed here in July, 2005. Rome was very hot during our stay. The room was small, the air conditioning did not work so they provided us a fan to move the air around. The bathroom was nice, but small. The bedroom was in need of updating and was musty smelling. The breakfast was ok, but not great. The lift was so slow that we often took the steps. Best thing about hotel was the location and the restaurant directly across the street.
