Are you kidding me!While the accommodations might be fine, the front desk is SO incompetent. First of all, they lost some of my reservations (I had several rooms booked for a conference), and then when I called back to get copies of the invoices, I sat on the phone for 20 minutes while the "front desk manager" worked through my request. Haggle spoils a nice stayThis is the second time I've stayed at this Super 8 in the last 3 years.
I arrived after midnight and couldn’t get the desk clerk (who said he was the manager's uncle visiting from Richardson Texas) to honor the published Super 8 senior discount. He told me that the discount applied to 60 and older.

Wonderful serviceWe arrived VERY late, to find that the night clerk had actually WAITED for us, instead of having to wake her as we did at other hotels on our trip. All employees were very accomodating and very pleasant. Every part of this hotel was spotlessly clean.
