We had a wonderful time here. The staff was extremly nice, helpful. Food was very good and prices were very affordable. Except that there is nothing else in town to do, it is not too far from Palm Springs, and not too far from outlet shopping and casino's. We h ad spa treatments, that were very good, staff there very nice also, we can't wait to go back. Rooms very good also.

We had booked through Expedia, and they unilaterally changed our booking to their sister hotel, which was a lesser value but charged us the same, without informing us or Expedia. So after travling 90 miles, we found out we didn't have the room for which we paid.

I called to make reservations from a gift certificate that I won at a raffle at a benefit dinner, and as soon as I tell them that it's a gift certificate, they're suddenly booked. I really like Miracle Springs Resort which is newer than the Desert Hot Springs Resort located next door. The price is a little high at times but request a AAA discount and save yourself around $10. I went to the resort with a group of women and was very pleased with the hotel and staff, To tell you the truth I went there with poor expectations but was I wrong, the hotel was very comfortable and clean, the food was good and the pools were GREAT!!

I stayed here in April 05. Untrained and unmotivated staff, tired rooms, deceptive advertising (photos show isolated desert setting -- actually in the middle of a residential neighborhood.

Lots of small unsupervised childern running from pool-to-pool, lppor service everywhere - no managerial presence.

I drive 3 hours to come here from the high desert.The service was excellent and so was the room service as well as the food.
