This Best Western is a wonderful place to stay. The property is well maintained and the management and staff are super!! We would not stay anyplace else when we are in Hot Springs. Price is also very good.
It should be rated very high in anyones review.

We have stayed here numerous times. My husband family is from here, and we stay here for the location and the clean comfortable rooms. We stayed 5 days this christmas. This time was unreal. We asked that the sheets be changed, they NEVER changed them. The iron in the room quit working, I went to the front desk to get another. The girl was VERY rude ...

Pros: Nice clean room, friendly service, wireless internet in the room, evening snacks.
Cons: 1) Postage stamp-sized pool; and 2) horrible breakfast (they even insisted that margarine is the same thing as butter...).

We stayed at 5 Best Westerns while on vacation last summer. This one was the best!Treated you like they were glad you had come!
