The manager was rude and actually raised his voice to visitors. Doesn't seem happy to be there and made everyone uncomfortable! Very rude person. We couldn't get our computer to work on their internet and immediately asked to find another room. He refused us and kept our money. We left and went to another hotel--but we were out $70.

We were given a room next to the ice machine. When we told the desk attendant that this room was not acceptable, we were told that they would not move us and if we didn't like it we could go to another hotel, but would be charged for the room anyway.
